Day 0–2 Brief
We agree what "done" means
One call about the goal, the users and the deadline. You leave with a written scope, a fixed price and a launch date — before any commitment.
FastDev Kevin Wolny LLC · Cheyenne, Wyoming
A small development studio building custom websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, automation tools and scalable systems — for organizations, entrepreneurs and independent professionals who need technology shaped around their goals.
01 · What we take on
Each one starts from the same place: the thing that is actually costing you time, customers or sleep. Open a row to see what's included.
Marketing sites, booking sites and content platforms written by hand rather than assembled from page-builder blocks. Fast to load, easy for you to edit, and built to be found — with the structure, metadata and performance work search engines actually reward.
iOS and Android apps from a single codebase, taken all the way through store review and released with crash reporting and usage analytics already wired in. Push notifications, offline behaviour and in-app purchases handled properly, not bolted on later.
Client portals, dashboards, booking systems, marketplaces and internal tools — the kind with real accounts, permissions, subscriptions and reporting behind them. We design the data model first so the platform can grow without being rebuilt.
We sit with your team, write down every step they repeat each week, then remove the ones a machine should be doing. Invoices that file themselves, systems that finally share the same numbers, reports that land in an inbox before anyone asks for them.
For systems that outgrew their first version: architecture review, cloud infrastructure, database work and careful refactoring — done in stages, with the product live throughout. The goal is that your next thousand users cost you nothing in downtime.
02 · How a project runs
A typical six-week build, stage by stage. Larger platforms take longer, but the shape stays the same — and you always know which stage you're in.
Day 0–2 Brief
One call about the goal, the users and the deadline. You leave with a written scope, a fixed price and a launch date — before any commitment.
Week 1 Design
Flows and interface designs you can walk through and react to, so a change costs ten minutes instead of a fortnight of rework.
Week 2–5 Build
Development happens in weekly releases to a private staging site. You test as it grows, and feedback arrives while it's still cheap to act on.
Week 6 Launch
We ship to production, transfer every account and repository to your name, and walk your team through it on a recorded call.
After Support
Thirty days of fixes included, then a support arrangement only if you want one. No retainer you have to escape from.
03 · Who we build for
Teams replacing manual processes, connecting tools that don't talk to each other, or modernizing software that now limits how the operation runs.
Founders who need something real in front of customers quickly — engineered cleanly enough that version two isn't a rewrite when traction arrives.
Consultants, clinics, studios and agencies who want bookings, payments, records and follow-ups happening quietly in the background.
04 · Toolkit
Technology gets picked for your budget, your timeline and whoever maintains it after us — never because a framework had a good year.
05 · Start here
Send a few lines about the project. You'll get a reply within one business day — usually with a handful of questions and a rough range, before anyone books a call.
